Jordan McCrea is a criminal defense attorney serving Boise, Ada County, and Canyon County. He spent over three years as a contract and in-house public defender, handling thousands of criminal cases in Idaho courtrooms. That hands-on experience means he understands how prosecutors build cases, how judges think, and where to find the openings that protect his clients' rights.
Before law school, Jordan served as a U.S. Army helicopter pilot for 10 years. That military discipline carries over into his legal practice: thorough preparation, strategic thinking, and an unwavering commitment to the people he represents.
Jordan also brings real-world business experience to his practice. As a former real estate agent, designated broker, and business consultant, he advises clients on business formation, contracts, and real estate litigation. His background as a licensed broker makes him uniquely qualified to hold negligent real estate agents accountable.
He graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2022 and is licensed to practice in Idaho. Beyond his legal work, Jordan teaches Mock Trial at the Ambrose School in Meridian and is active in the Boise community where he was born and raised.
